We had a great value for our money at this lovely location. The room was basic but comfortable and clean, with a good view from the superior huts. The staff were friendly and treated us well throughout our stay.
The only thing that could make the food for breakfast better would be to have a wider variety of options.

Beach! Dive shop.
Should have free internet and free WIFI at the bar. Baby dance too late at night.

If you can tolerate a torturous drive, basic accomodation, no mobile phone reception, no wifi, a broken public phone, and a sandless beach then this place is definately worth a visit. Staff are excellent overall, the animation team were hugely energetic, the very reasonable restuarant over looking the sea with its wonderful pasta's ( you must try risotto al limone) the fabulous take away food service, the views, the magnificent swimming and snorkelling in crystal waters, the sense of tranquility and the odd glimpse of the princess of monaco and other celebs being ferried to lunch from their yachts makes this a really worthwhile experience. We loved it once we got used to it.
With very limited mobile reception and a broken public phone wifi is a must. I wouldn't have been happy to pay for it. For those of us far away from home a really important service.

The Bay of Marina del Cantone-Nerano, where the hotel is located, is like a small paradise nestled between Capri, Sorrento, and Positano. The crystal-clear waters of the bay are so clear that they have been awarded the Blue Flag. It's as if you are swimming in a picturesque aquarium.
Access to the bungalows is a bit difficult, especially if you have small children, due to the challenging stairs leading to them.

People at front desk were nice and friendly. The view from the bar and restaurant terrace is spectacular. Easy access to beautiful private pebble beach to swim or go snorkelling. Food is very good and reasonably priced. Loved the pizza and calzone from the log oven!
I rented a bungallow that had no view of the sea (not explicit in bungallow description) and that had clearly seen better days. Bungallow cleanliness was not very good, sheets and towels were perfect though. Neither the Capri boat trip nor the evening party were good value for money. On the Capri tour they had to take us to the Blue Cave, but they didn't on the grounds that we would have to wait on the boat for about an hour, therefore, we were recommended to go on our own by land. To get there we had to take two buses and queue for more than an hour in the sun. The other option was to go with them on a private bus for an extra 20 euros!

Only the location near the beach.
Dark, dingy, small, depressing. Miserable manager. Poor value for money. Very loud from 10 til midnight every night with outdoor disco or entertainment.

Stunning views, relaxing atmosphere, safe location. Offered free upgrade. Great location with peaceful surroundings. Beach not crowded. Friendly staff and efficient service. Good cafe/bar, restaurant, and takeaways. In-house store has everything. Enjoyed Capri excursion. Peaceful break away from crowds and value for money. Super good place, slight difficulty driving due to hills. Just 100m to the sea. Beautiful place with friendly people. Comfortable bed, good facilities, and affordable. Nearby restaurants are excellent. Wifi and scuba diving school available. Will definitely return.

Situated in a nice place, has everything one can need on a simple trip.
Not hard to find according the instructions, but a trip to Sorrento or Amalfi gets quite exhausting - to Sorrento 1 hour by bus (16 km), to Amalfi (1 hour + 1 h 40 min from Sorrento).

The owner was incredibly lovely and the staff were friendly and helpful. The peaceful location was perfect for a relaxing stay. We loved having a mini market and restaurant on-site with reasonable prices. It made it so easy to travel with young children. We would definitely return and recommend it to anyone in the area. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Laid back, safe environment. Very friendly and helpful staff. Seaside resort - diving, snorkeling, boat trips to Capri, Sorrento & Amalfi (very reasonably priced). Not a luxury hotel, but comfortable. Accommodations varied from seaside tent and rv camping, to hillside bungalows and even apartments in a 14th Century tower. Good onsite restuarant and several others within walking distance. Convenient onsite parking. Off the beaten track. Very few tours bussses. Good location for driving day trips to Pompeii, Sorrento, Positano & Amalfi - take the boats provided by the resort (see note above). Don't miss stopping by the nearby little village of Termini for an incredible panoramic view from the main piazza.
Our particular bungalow required traversing up 63 steps, which we did several times each day; but also provided a spectacular view. The road to Nettuno is a typical winding, traversing, hairpin turning two lane road; so if you aren't accustomed to driving in Italy make sure the first time is in daylight. After the first time it gets to be an easier drive.

The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring the nearby attractions such as Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with great views of the sea from some of the accommodations. The staff is friendly and the service is good, as mentioned in the reviews.
Some bungalows may be in need of renovation, as mentioned by one reviewer.

We absolutely loved the beautiful beach and friendly atmosphere at this lovely resort. the bar and restaurant upstairs were fantastic for our family, and the staff were so nice. the little shop had great coffee and drinks, and we enjoyed easy parking and an easy walk to the village. the air conditioning kept us cool and comfortable.
Felt very secure, nothing was too much trouble.

A home away from home
The service was excellent and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The bar staff was friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to play our own music late into the night. The whole town was incredibly welcoming and friendly, exemplified by a kind worker who found my lost wallet on the beach and returned it to me with everything intact. The beaches were a bit rocky, but that's to be expected in this area. The beauty of the Amalfi Coast and the crystal clear waters were absolutely amazing. We enjoyed boat excursions to Capri and other stunning locations, both as a group and individually. The convenience of departing from the village made our adventures even more enjoyable. we had a fantastic experience and would definitely come back to Villaggio Nettuno.
My wife says that there could have been more activities for the children.

I must say, for the price we paid, we got outstanding value. Our room was clean and had everything we needed, including a little kitchen and a veranda. The location was perfect, just 20 meters from the beach, and the staff treated us with such friendliness and helpfulness.
The breakfast, while generally good, could have been improved with more variety or rotating options.
